VIB Vermögen AG has been a member of the European Public Real Estate Assocation (EPRA) since 2011. Based in Brussels, the organisation represents the interest of major Euopean property companies vis-à-vis the General public and helps them raise their profile. Since 2018, VIB Vermögens AG has met EPRA’s high transparency requirements with its financial reporting and has been awarded the Gold Award in the highest category every year.

Merger with BBI
The merger of BBI Bürgerliches Brauhaus Immobilien Aktiengesellschaft with VIB Vermögen AG took effect upon entry in the commercial register on October 7, 2024. The corresponding announcement on the cash compensation for the excluded minority shareholders of BBI Bürgerliches Brauhaus Immobilien Aktiengesellschaft can be viewed in the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger).

Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of VIB Vermögen AG took place on Wednesday, 14 August 2024, 10:00 a.m. (CEST) (=08:00 a.m. UTC (Coordinated Universal Time)) as a virtual Annual General Meeting without the physical presence of the shareholders or their proxies.
InvestorPortal
The password-protected InvestorPortal will be available to shareholders here from Tuesday, 23 July 2024. The access data for the InvestorPortal will be sent with the personal invitation documents.
Shareholders can use the InvestorPortal to register and exercise their shareholder rights, in particular their voting rights. Voting rights can only be exercised – even if third parties are authorised – by electronic postal vote or by granting authorization and issuing instructions to the proxies appointed by the company.
The entire Annual General Meeting will be broadcast live for shareholders and their authorised proxies via the InvestorPortal.
